The Top
The jacket is cut from soft khaddar in a muted sage green a colour that sits somewhere between the earth and the wild, neither loud nor quiet, but entirely its own.
Its most defining feature is the collar: an oversized, wide spread shirt collar that lies flat and open across the chest and shoulders, its points extending far beyond what a conventional collar would dare. It does not stand or fold it drapes, almost cape like, framing the neckline with a quiet authority. It is the kind of collar that changes the entire character of a garment, turning a simple shirt-jacket into something that reads as considered and deliberate.
Below the collar, the jacket falls open at the front with a full button down placket each button evenly spaced, functional, and unfussy. The body is clean and uninterrupted no pockets, no panels, no surface detail to compete with the collar or the cloth. Just fabric, cut well, falling with intention.
The sleeves are long and full, cut with ease through the arm and gathering softly at the wrist. The overall silhouette is oversized and unstructured no darts, no shaping, no attempt to define what lies beneath. It falls from the shoulders with the kind of relaxed weight that only a well woven, softly finished cloth can carry.
Worn open, it layers. Worn closed, it stands alone.
The Bottom
The trousers are cut from the same soft khaddar in the same sage green, completing the tonal co ord with the same unhurried logic as the top.
Wide through the leg and relaxed at the waist, they are pleated at the front a single, clean pleat on each side that releases into a full, sweeping leg. The fabric drapes rather than clings, moving with the body in long, unbroken lines that elongate the silhouette. Tapered ever so slightly toward the ankle, they are generous enough to feel free. Side pockets sit flush and functional, invisible until needed.
Worn together, the two pieces form a suit that refuses to be formal. Worn apart, each holds its own weight. Either way, the result is the same: effortless, grounded, and unmistakably intentional.
One of one. Two pieces. Made by hand. Worn without effort.

One of One. Made by Hand.
Born from feeling, built by hand.
Every Maisam piece begins not with a sketch, but with a feeling. Raw fabrics, hand-cut edges, and hand embroidery — each garment is shaped with intention and worn with meaning. Nothing is mass-produced. Nothing is repeated. Each piece exists once — and only once.
