Are your pieces exactly the same as shown in the pictures?

We make every effort to display our walking gallery pieces with extreme photographic precision. However, because our visual assets are directly derived from original fine art canvas brushstrokes and untamed artistic mediums, slight differences in texture, ink depth, and color are natural testaments to the piece's authentic, non-templated heritage.

How can I acquire an artifact?

Acquiring a piece is simple. Browse the collection on our website, select your desired artifact, input your size requirements, and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout, provide your shipping and contact coordinates, and complete the secure payment authorization to initialize the custom creation process.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because we operate on a customized, on-demand framework, production workflows begin almost immediately after payment verification. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the studio production phase.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, Maisam Hussain delivers across Pakistan, bringing archival art pieces to collectors in major metropolitan hubs as well as smaller regional towns via secure courier networks.

What are your delivery charges?

We apply a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 to all orders across Pakistan, which covers secure packaging to ensure the fine art integrity of your garment is preserved during transit.

How long does delivery take?

Because our pieces are 1-of-1 Canvas Assemblies crafted strictly on demand, the total time consists of a dedicated studio production window plus transit. Once production is finalized, nationwide transit takes 3 to 5 business days. For collectors within Lahore, expedited courier dispatch can be coordinated upon completion.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your customized piece passes final quality inspection and leaves our studio, tracking details will be sent directly to your registered email and phone number.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every piece is highly niche, customized, and created strictly on-demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or accommodate exchanges. Each item is a non-reproducible artifact belonging exclusively to its collector.

What should I do if an artifact arrives damaged?

In the rare event that an item suffers structural damage during transit, you must contact our studio at maisamhussainofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide your order details along with high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging and piece so we can arrange a bespoke solution.
