What is Maisam?

Yes. Every Maisam garment is a singular creation. Once a piece is sold, it will not be restocked or remade. If you see something you love, we encourage you to act quickly.

Do you offer sizing guidance?

Are there slight variations in the pieces?

Yes — and intentionally so. Because every Maisam piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, embroidery placement, and finish are inherent to the process. These are not defects; they are marks of authenticity and hand-led creation.

What fabrics does Maisam use?

We work with raw, textured fabrics including wool, natural weaves, and unfinished materials that carry weight, depth, and character. Fabric selection is central to the storytelling of each piece.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection at Shop the Collection, select your piece, choose your size, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us through our Contact page. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the piece may already be in preparation for dispatch.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes — we do accept custom orders. If you have a specific vision or would like to discuss your requirements, please connect with us directly on WhatsApp and we will be happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Maisam ships worldwide. Domestic orders within Pakistan are delivered in 3–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Free delivery is available on all domestic orders within Pakistan. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive tracking information?

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a Maisam piece?

Due to the one-of-one, handcrafted nature of our garments, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if the item received is significantly different from what was described, arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in transit. Can I exchange a piece for a different size?

Because every Maisam piece is one-of-one and never recreated, direct exchanges are not possible. If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund. You are welcome to browse our current collection and place a new order.

How long does a refund take?

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
