Welcome to Maisam. By accessing our website (maisamhussain.com) or purchasing any piece from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Maisam

Maisam is a luxury artisan fashion label based in Pakistan. Every garment we create is a one-of-one, handcrafted piece — made from raw, textured fabrics with hand embroidery and intentional design. Each piece is made once and never repeated.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & One-of-One Policy

All Maisam pieces are handcrafted and exist as singular, unrepeatable garments. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in texture, embroidery placement, and finish are inherent to each piece and are not considered defects. Product images are as accurate as possible, but minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at maisamhussain.com/pages/contact. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the piece may already be in preparation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days domestically and 7–14 working days internationally, depending on your location and customs processing. Maisam is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-one, handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is significantly different from what was described or arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, brand copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Maisam and Maisam Hussain. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maisam shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
